Video conference is a way to communicate with people who maybe not there with you in the same room as you. Normally video conferences are used for business meetings that are held worldwide or which are connected from different parts of the world.
Step by step guide to use Video conference;
Equipment:
· Webcam/ HD camera
· Computer
· Microphone
· TV/Projector
· Broadband connection
· Speakers
· Calm environment
1. Connect the Webcam or camera to the computer using USB cable
2. Make sure the connection is strong
3. Check the microphone and the speakers are working and the sound is clear
4. Make sure the connection works better on the other side of the conference
5. Start the camera and place it in the right place where it will all of the people who will be appearing in the conference.
6. Start the video conference.
